Welcome to Kalinga Wooloowin Residents Association
The Kalinga Wooloowin Residents Association Inc (KWRA) was formerly incorporated on the 14 August 2009. It was formed in response to the Proposed Wooloowin Worksite which was announced to the public on June 23, 2009. Currently there are well over 200 members and this figure is growing rapidly.

If you are currently not a member of the KWRA then we urge you to sign up. Every additional individual or family membership counts!
The KWRA has longer term goals which include promoting and improving our community and seeing through objectives such as reinstating the Kalinga name and area. Another objective is to protect and preserve the physical, social and historical fabric of Wooloowin, and to prevent the further intensification of traffic flows and the degradation of lifestyles and liveability of this inner city community. From time to time we will be holding General Meetings. Apart from being great fun and a chance to catch up with the local scene you will also be able to vote on local issues.
